Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the particular time of year and how busy we are. Typically customers should expect that we will ship within 3-5 buisness days. Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible.
Damaged Shipments. You must report any damaged merchandise to us within 4 business days. Make sure you keep all packaging and damaged products exactly as you found it. The carrier will pick up the damaged package and items after we file a claim with them.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, simply contact us for instructions. Do not return products to us without first calling to receive instructions. No packages will be accepted without prior notification to us. Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be authorized by us. For questions about returning merchandise simply contact us. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur 20% re-stocking fee, at our discretion. No returns will be authorized after 14 days from the receipt of shipment. Once a return has been authorized by us. 1. Return the item to the address given to you by us. 2. Make sure your contact info. and order number is included. 3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach us. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.
